About McNicholas High School
Archbishop McNicholas High School is a private, Roman Catholic, co-educational, college-preparatory high school in the Mount Washington neighborhood of Cincinnati. Its roots go back to St. Joseph Academy, founded by the Sisters of St. Joseph in 1915; it was renamed McNicholas High School in 1951 and became Cincinnati's first coeducational Catholic high school. Enrollment is just over 700 students.
