About St. Ignatius Martyr Catholic School (Austin)
St. Ignatius Martyr Catholic School is the longest-serving Catholic school in South Austin, founded in 1940 by the Holy Cross Fathers and Sisters. Serving PreK through 8th grade in the Holy Cross tradition, it offers a broad curriculum with religious values, daily prayer, and weekly Mass. The school is accredited by the Texas Catholic Conference Education Department and SACS CASI.
