Team
Richard Shuster is a proud 'Double Gator', graduating with a degree in Finance in 1991 and his Juris Doctorate in 1994 from the University of Florida. He began his legal career at a boutique civil litigation firm in Jacksonville, where he represented national and multinational corporations such as Volkswagen and Home Depot before moving to Miami. In 2004, Richard co-founded Shuster & Saben in Miami. Richard is the managing partner in the firm’s Space Coast office in Satellite Beach. Richard has over twenty years of litigation experience, and litigated thousands of Personal Injury Protection claims on behalf of medical providers.
