About Our Firm
The Law Offices of Maloney & Campolo partnership between Tim Maloney and Paul Campolo began long before the brick-and-mortar law practice was formed in 1999. Tim and Paul have been best friends since the first grade. Both are proud graduates of Oliver Wendell Holmes High School and best men at each other’s weddings. Their friendship has endured for over 40 years. That is what makes the Law Offices of Maloney & Campolo different from other firms. Tim Maloney’s family has been practicing law in San Antonio for over 60 years. Tim’s father, Pat Maloney, Sr., was widely considered to be the best trial attorney in America. Mr. Maloney taught Tim that there was never a fight too hard, or a cause too difficult. He instilled this in his five children, that fighting for the injured, the victims, the families, this was the attorney’s most noble calling. Not to be overlooked was Tim’s mother, Olive “Judge” Maloney was the third woman ever admitted to a University of Texas Law School. Paul Campolo’s father did nothing but work, sometimes two to three jobs to support his family. A lifelong employee of the United States Postal Service, Pete Campolo would take weekend jobs to support his family. He is of the greatest generation, a generation that embraced hard work and never shied away from tough battles. Paul put himself through college with baseball scholarships. Paul started at the Abilene District Attorney’s office before moving back home to the Bexar County District Attorney’s office and finally partnered with Tim to form Maloney & Campolo in January of 1999. It is with unabashed pride that his son Eric is now an attorney with The Law Offices of Maloney & Campolo.
