William 'Bill' Green — Founding Partner
Admitted to the State Bar of California in 1987, Mr. Green has practiced exclusively in litigation for his entire career. He graduated with honors from UC Santa Cruz (B.A., 1984, double major in Legal Studies & Philosophy) and UC Hastings College of the Law (J.D., 1987), where he was on the Hastings National Moot Court Team and won the David E. Snodgrass Moot Court Competition. He is admitted to the U.S. District Court Northern District of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals 9th Circuit. He grew up in Southern California with modest beginnings, putting himself through school on scholarships. She has over a decade of experience alongside Mr. Green prosecuting insurance bad faith and personal injury cases and has expanded her practice to include family law as a particular area of proficiency.
