Bartee Real Estate Group grew out of Elizabeth Bartee's background in home staging and merchandising. After five years running a staging and organizing company that helped other Realtors® prepare Houston listings, she obtained her own Texas real estate license in 2013 and built a top-producing practice that was repeatedly recognized among the Top 500 Realtors in the State of Texas (2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2022) and earned eXp Realty's prestigious ICON Award in 2021, 2022 and 2023. She was also featured as a Top Producer in Houston Real Producers (May 2019) and appeared on American Dream TV in 2019–2020. Her husband Eric Bartee — a former Texas Tech Red Raiders football scholarship athlete with a Master's in Sports Business and a longtime South Houston personal trainer — later joined the team, bringing the same client-first philosophy from his 17-year fitness career. Together, Elizabeth and Eric serve first-time buyers, move-up buyers, sellers, investors, and relocating families across Southwest Houston, Fort Bend County (Sugar Land, Missouri City, Richmond, Rosenberg), and into Conroe.
