Our Process
Call Us To begin, you only need to call our office. Provide Info / Schedule Consultation Our staff will gather information to understand the need for mental health services and then schedule an appointment for an initial counseling session with a therapist. Initial Counseling Session In the initial session, the therapist meets with the client (or clients) and begins to build rapport, gathering information and completing a diagnostic assessment that summarizes the issues. Create a Treatment Plan Based on that initial session, the therapist develops a mental health treatment plan to guide the therapy sessions. The goals for therapy are regularly assessed to guide our interventions.
