Allstar Electrical Services, LLC was founded in May 2000 by Gary P. Stone, a native of Maine who first came to Colorado on a two-week ski vacation while serving in the U.S. Navy in the mid-1970s. After his discharge in 1977, Stone completed an apprenticeship, earned his Master Electrician license in 1982, and spent decades working at Denver-area electrical contracting companies before launching Allstar to fill what he saw as an unmet demand for reputable, professionalism-driven electrical work. Stone, a graduate of Southern Maine Vocational Technical Institute with more than 35 years in the trade, set out to build a team of tenured master electricians and outfit them with new commercial vans stocked with parts and uniformed apparel that reflected their trade pride. Headquartered in the Stapleton neighborhood of Denver, Allstar grew to a team of 17 office and field staff with ten service vans serving the entire Metro Denver area and all suburbs. The firm specializes in commercial and industrial turn-key electrical solutions, design-assist and design-build scopes, tenant finish, retrofits, code corrections, parking lot lighting, generator installations, low-voltage systems, and ongoing maintenance for property managers, HOAs, retail centers, and office buildings. The residential division handles everything from switch and outlet repairs to whole-home rewires, EV chargers, hot tub wiring, security cameras, surge protection, kitchen and bath remodels, and real-estate transaction inspections.
