Conveniently located in the wheelchair-accessible Portland Medical Center at 511 SW 10th Ave, Suite 1301, Portland, OR 97205. Office hours are 8am–5pm Monday–Friday. Injection hours are 8am–4:30pm Monday–Friday. We are closed on Labor Day, September 7, and reopen Tuesday, September 8.
