This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Catholic Connect Inc. ("Company", "we", or "us") for the use of our software, including but not limited to the Catholic Connect mobile application, website, and all other software or digital services (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing, downloading, installing, or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

The Platform is licensed, not sold. Catholic Connect Inc. retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including all content, software code, branding, and intellectual property.
If you submit or upload any content (e.g., messages, media, personal information) to the Platform:
We reserve the right to remove or moderate content that violates our policies.
Use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy (https://www.catholicconnect.io/privacy), which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
We may update this Agreement and the Platform at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if you violate this Agreement. You may terminate your license at any time by deleting the Platform and ceasing all use.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Catholic Connect Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Texas.
Some features of the Platform may be offered through subscriptions or in-app purchases. Subscriptions may include free trial periods. You may cancel your subscription before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. After the trial period or after a subscription is charged, you may submit a refund request, but refunds are not guaranteed and will only be issued at our sole discretion.
You may cancel a premium subscription at any time. All purchases are final, and we do not guarantee refunds. Refunds may be considered under certain circumstances at our discretion, but no refund is guaranteed. It is your responsibility to cancel before renewal to avoid unwanted charges.
Catholic Connect Inc. is not responsible for any content posted by users or third parties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information made available through the Platform. Use of the Platform is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or other incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
