History
That Man Is You! (TMIY) is a men's formation program of Paradisus Dei, founded in the mid-2000s. It honestly addresses the challenges men face — at work, in marriage, and in the spiritual life — and offers a path to authentic Catholic manhood.
Meeting in parishes, often early in the morning, TMIY combines video presentations, small-group discussion, and fellowship over breakfast. The program runs in multi-year cycles covering different themes.
Today That Man Is You! is offered in many parishes across the United States and internationally, forming men as leaders in their homes and communities.
