History
The Public Square Rosary Rally is a campaign of America Needs Fatima, a project related to the American TFP (The American Society for the Defense of Tradition, Family and Property). The annual rallies grew significantly beginning in 2007.
Held especially around October 13 — the anniversary of the Miracle of the Sun at Fatima — the campaign invites Catholics to gather in public squares across the country to pray the Rosary for the conversion and protection of their nation.
Today the campaign coordinates many thousands of rosary rallies each year, making it one of the largest public prayer efforts in the United States.
